The board of directors of Ping An Healthcare and Technology Company Limited announced that, on December 30, 2019, the Board has received a letter from Mr. Law Siu Wah Eddie ("Mr. Law") tendering his resignation as a non-executive Director, a member of the audit and risk management committee of the Board and a member of the nomination and remuneration committee of the Board with effect from December 30, 2019 due to personal work arrangement.
