PIMCO Global StocksPLUS & Income Fund reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2012. For the quarter, the company reported net investment income of $3,916,348 or $0.39 per share against $4,815,934 or $0.48 per share for the same period a year ago. Net realized and change in unrealized gain was $16,753,906 or $1.63 per share against net realized and changes in unrealized loss of $35,447,890 or $3.46 per share for the same period a year ago.

The Fund may engage in investment strategies, including those that employ the use of paired swaps transactions, the use of interest rate swaps to seek to capitalize on differences between short-term and long-term interest rates and other derivatives transactions.
