Phoenix Life Sciences International Limited announced that John Taleo has been appointed as the company’s Global Head of Security. In advance of his retirement in February 2018, Taleo served as Acting Commissioner of the Vanuatu Police Service and dedicated 40 years of his career to the force’s service.
