Permaju Industries Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company, which is engaged in the provision of management services. The Company operates through three segments: Automotive, Property Development and Others. The Automotive segment is engaged in the sale and distribution of motor vehicles and provision of related services. The Property Development segment is engaged in the development and construction of property. The Others segment is involved in Group-level corporate services and investment holding activity. The Company's principal business activities include automobile distribution and retailing of the Volkswagen and Ford franchises and provision of related support services, property development, and timber plantation. The Company's subsidiaries include Capital Intertrade Sdn. Bhd., Cergaz Autohaus Sdn. Bhd., Cergazam Sdn. Bhd., Genbayu Gemilang Sdn. Bhd., Hardie Development Sdn. Bhd., Iconworld Resources Sdn. Bhd., and Autohaus Car Rental Sdn Bhd., among others.
