Asahi Intecc Group announced that it has signed a basic agreement with Penumbra, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Penumbra"), for the exclusive sales of peripheral vascular thrombus aspiration device "IndigoTM and LightningTM system" in the Japanese market by its consolidated subsidiary, Asahi Intecc J-sales, Inc. Based on this agreement, the two companies will proceed with discussions and preparatory activities for the introduction of the system, aiming to reach a final agreement by mid-February 2023.
