On January 21, 2020, Parke Bancorp, Inc. appointed Elizabeth A. Milavsky, formerly Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, to the Company’s Board of Directors. Ms. Milavsky is expected to be appointed to the Marketing, Risk and Strategic Planning committees of the Board of Directors.
