Pang Rim Neotex Company Limited announced that it will receive KRW 10,269,900,000 in an equity round of funding on March 10, 2021. The transaction will involve participation from returning investor Pangrim Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A003610). The investor will continue to retain its 100% stake in the company. The transaction is expected to close on March 12, 2021. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the investor.
PANGRIM Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of processing textile products. The textile products consists of dyeing fabric, bleaching textiles, printing fabrics, grey yarns, grey fabrics and others. Its products mainly used for clothes and bedclothes. In addition, it exports raw cottons to Vietnam. It is also involved in the rental business. The Company distributes its textile products within domestic market and to overseas markets, including Hong Kong, the United State, Vietnam and other areas.
