MR. ANDREW MCMILLAN APPOINTED AS A DIRECTOR

Malachite Resources Limited (ASX: MAR) is pleased to advise that Mr Andrew
McMillan has been appointed as a Director of the Company.
Andrew is currently a Director, Corporate Finance at Patersons Securities Limited and has over 25 years corporate advisory experience derived from mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and corporate restructuring across industrial and resources sectors.
Andrew has specialised in equity capital markets transactions at Patersons since
March 2003 where he has successfully completed numerous capital raisings.
Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 he has taken a special interest in corporate reconstruction, divestments and capital raising.
He worked with Peat Marwick Mitchell in Melbourne and Arthur Andersen & Co before joining Somers Exell where he worked on divestments of significant private companies and divisions of public companies for several years. He lead the restructure of a company in the footwear sector then returned to the finance sector with small cap specialist Falkiners Stockbroking, followed by his appointment as a director of KPMG Corporate Finance where he relocated to Perth in a mergers and acquisitions role prior to joining Patersons Securities.
Andrew takes an active interest in charitable work.
