Dear Investors,

Looking back at 2021, is to look back at a year marked by many milestones, transformation, and growth for Otonomo and across the automotive, transportation, and mobility industries. Otonomo achieved several key milestones in 2021. Among them, Otonomo's public listing on Nasdaq in August 2021 was a crucial first step in accelerating our growth by broadening our access to the capital markets. Shortly thereafter, in October we acquired Neura.

Neura's advanced AI-powered mobility intelligence technology gives Otonomo the ability to add analysis and visualization on top of the application-ready connected car data we previously supplied. Additionally, the acquisition gives us the ability to serve the larger mobility ecosystem with more than an additional 450 million connected mobility end points. Neura's mobility intelligence platform expands the markets we serve from the automotive domain to the larger transportation and mobility sectors and positions Otonomo to design and implement solutions for the Mobililty-as-a Service, Smart City, EV infrastructure, Fleet and Transportation sectors. We have high expectations for the Neura team members who have joined us and the Neura technology. Otonomo looks forward to further success in the mobility intelligence business throughout 2022.

Otonomo also experienced continued organic growth in 2021, with expanding our relationships with new and existing customers and partners including LeasePlan, OBI+, and SWAT Mobility and others. We started 2021 with 16 active OEM agreements and ended the year with 22 active OEM agreements, including both new agreements and renewals of agreements with existing OEMs. Through these relationships, we will continue to deliver data to power aggregate, fleet, and personalized services. The data, which is comprised of more than 150 different parameters, is supplied by both rich vehicle and sensor data. We expect continued growth in OEM relationships and the number of connected vehicles licensed to our platform in 2022.

Fostering partnerships is another key element of our business strategy. Our vision to create the data backbone that becomes a catalyst for new, rich business opportunities across the expansive ecosystem of automotive, transportation and mobility sectors experienced substantial success in 2021 through our new partnerships with Salesforce, Amazon and NXP, all market-leaders that share our vision and passion. Our desire remains to empower the mobility ecosystem with data and mobility intelligence that will enable a new value chain of services and drive safety, pollution reduction and customer value. We plan to further develop strategic partnerships to achieve these goals throughout 2022.

Finally, we are growing the Otonomo team. Our employee base nearly doubled in size in 2021, this is enabling us to add key development capabilities and scale our go-to-market strategy. We also added several new members to our leadership team to obtain the experience and capabilities we must have to achieve our ambitious goals.

I know I speak for the entire Otonomo team when I say we are very optimistic and energized by what 2022 holds for the business. We are committed to empowering our talent to grow Otonomo and to best position it as a leader in this multi-billion-dollar sector.

As always, we would be pleased to present our plans in greater detail and answer any questions you may have. On behalf of all of us at Otonomo, I want to wish you a healthy, happy, and successful 2022.

Regards,

Ben Volkow

CEO, Co-Founder, and Director
