The Company was formed in 2021 and at the time of organization the shareholders of the Company exchanged their shares of the common stock of the Company for an equal number of shares of the Company. All information has been restated as if the transaction occurred on January 1, 2020. The Company is subject to the regulation of the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) under the Bank Holding Company Act.
