Subject: Purchase by "Orbis" S.A. of real property in Cracow.
Legal grounds: Article 17.1 of MAR - inside information
The Management Board of "Orbis" Spółka Akcyjna (the "Issuer") hereby informs that on February 20, 2018 the Issuer purchased the real property (plot of land) with a total area 771 square meters located in Cracow at Worcella 8 Street for a net price of 13 000 000 PLN (thirteen million zloty). The real property was purchased with intention of a subsidiary new development (hotel construction), whereas the Issuer is analysing the technical and operational details of the project, that will result in selecting an optimal brand of the eco segment under which the hotel will be operated. The transaction is consistent with the Issuer's strategy concentrating own investments in key city markets in the region, offering long-term value and attractive investment yield.
