On Media Corp. is a Korea-based holding company primarily engaged in the operation of broadcasting channels and management of its subsidiaries. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had nine subsidiaries, including broadcasting channel operators such as Orion Cinema Network, Korea Badook Television Inc and On Game Network Inc.; integrated cable broadcasting companies such as Dong Gu Cable Television Network, Soosung Cable Television Inc, Young Dong Broadcasting System Inc. and Chonnam Dongbu Cable Television Co., Ltd., as well as online game developer and distributors such as ePLAYON, INC., and Digital On Media, Corp. The Company sold its entire shares of Digital On Media, Corp., engaged in the broadcasting business, on February 22, 2011. The Company completed the merger with CJ E&M Corporation, CJ Internet Corp, Mnet Media Corp., CJ MEDIA, Inc. and CJ Entertainment, on March 1, 2011. After the merger, CJ E&M Corporation is to survive and the Company is to be dissolved.
