Monthly Appendix 4C - November 2021

Further to ASX's request, pursuant to listing rules 18.7 and 18.8, that Oliver's Real Food Limited ("OLI" or the "Company") lodge a monthly report in the form of an Appendix 4C under listing rule 4.7B, commencing with an Appendix 4C for November, the Company provides Appendix 4C for the month ending 30 November 2021.

The Company's material business activities for November 2021 included:

  • Company-storesales $1,760,590, down 35.13% on 2019 sales.
  • State performance compared with 2019: NSW down 28.98%, VIC down 46.82%, QLD up 0.58%.
  • All Stores now open however many stores are still trading with reduced rosters.
  • December sales expected to improve further across the store network but still impacted by QLD border only reopening on Monday 13 December.
  • Oliver's Food to Go total sales were $408,495, and 5 more EG service stations were added, bringing to 177 the total number of service station as of 30 November 2021.

As part of our restructured operationing model for the Oliver's Food to Go channel, the Company advises that from 5 October 2021, OLI now receives a royalty on the "Food to Go" sales and from that date, only the royalty will be recognised as revenue by OLI.

The Company further reports that the expenditure of $16,700, in the November 4C, to related parties reported at Item 6.1 is solely Directors' fees paid to Non-Executive Directors and these payment relate to the period October 2021.
