The Chicago-based company said it had profit of 91 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for investment gains, came to 47 cents per share.
The insurance underwriter posted revenue of $1.93 billion in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $1.76 billion.
For the year, the company reported profit of $1.06 billion, or $3.51 per share. Revenue was reported as $6.58 billion.
Old Republic shares have climbed 2.5% since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 8% in the last 12 months.
