Old Line Bancshares, Inc and Old Line Bank Announces Resignation of Carla Hargrove McGill as Boards of Directors

Carla Hargrove McGill resigned from the Boards of Directors of Old Line Bancshares, Inc. and Old Line Bank, effective upon the adjournment of the company’s annual meeting of stockholders that will be held on May 23, 2018. Ms. McGill’s decision to resign was not in connection with any disagreement with the Company, the Bank or its management.
