Odico Continues its Robotic Revolution with a Million DKK Order

Odico is happy to share great news about their ongoing journey in the world of construction robotics. Recently they have welcomed a new customer who has placed a significant order of approximately 1 million DKK.

The new order represents a collaborative venture between Odico and the customer, involving the precision fabrication of prefab wooden elements tailored for efficient and sustainable house construction. This order mirrors the recently announced 4 million DKK order (Company Announcement 75-2023), reaffirming Odico's commitment to a consistent and impactful approach in providing innovative solutions for construction.

What sets this order apart is its dedication to environmental responsibility. The prefab wooden elements are thoughtfully designed with reusability in mind, contributing to a circular economy even when disassembled.

Odico A/S is a Denmark-based formwork technology developer. The Company manufactures formwork for the construction and wind turbine industries. The Company's technologies comprise Factory-On-The-Fly, which performs a range of different manufacturing tasks - from formwork production to reinforcement bending to sheet cutting; Robotic Hot-wire cutting utilizes a robotically controlled, electrically heated wire to cut through industrial foams, replicating the geometry by a given computer-aided design model; Robotic Hot-Blade cutting technology manipulates the shape of the blade as it cuts; robotic clay cutting and coating technologies, as well as robotic milling and abrasive cutting solutions, among others.
