Beijing Shenzhou Nsfocus Information Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 6,000,000 in equity funding on January 19, 2017. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Nsfocus Information Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300369) to maintain its 100% stake in the company after the transaction. The transaction has been approved at the 42nd session of the 2nd directorate of the investor.
NSFOCUS Technologies Group Co., Ltd., formerly Nsfocus Information Technology Co., Ltd., is engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of specialty security products, as well as the provision of related services. The Company operates its businesses through three segments, including Security Product, Third-party Product and Security Service segments. The Security Product segment consists of security evaluation products, including benchmark verification systems (BVSs), remote security assessment systems (RSASs); detection and prevention products, including anti-DDoSsystem (ADS) and Web application firewall (WAF); security monitoring products, including security audit system (SAS) and others. The Security Services segment is engaged in the provision of the professional security services, such as security evaluation, security management, risk management and front stage warning services.
