OOO NefteGazIndustria and Abu Dhabi Investment Company (Invest AD) are keen in buying 20% stake in Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Public Joint-Stock Company (MICEX:NMTP) from Russian government, Russian daily Vedomosti reported citing unnamed sources close to the government and the port. Representatives of Novorossiisk Port and NefteGazIndustria were not available for comment when contacted by Platts. Vedomosti reported that other companies are planning to acquire the stake, citing a government source.
