Novabase Reports Consolidated Earnings Results for the Year Ended December 31, 2015; Provides Earnings Guidance for the Year 2016

Novabase reported consolidated earnings results for the year ended December 31, 2015. For the year, the company reported profit of EUR 7.4 million, corresponding to an annual increase of 139%. Between January and December, turnover reached EUR 231.6 million compared to EUR 220.855 million, or 5% more than a year earlier. EBITDA was up 2% to EUR 14.9 million compared to EUR 14.659 million a year ago. EBIT was EUR 9.568 million compared to EUR 7.220 million a year ago. EBT was EUR 10.151 million compared to EUR 5.455 million a year ago. Net profit from continuing operations was EUR 8.406 million compared to EUR 4.598 million a year ago. Attributable profit was EUR 7.425 million compared to EUR 3.112 million a year ago.
For the year 2016, the company expects a turnover of EUR 215 million, of which over 45% outside of Portugal, and an EBITDA of between EUR 14 million and EUR 17 million.
