NOVA Group Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Choi Hung Fai as Independent Non-Executive Director, a Member of Each of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee

The board of directors of NOVA Group Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Choi Hung Fai has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive Director, a member of each of the audit committee and the nomination committee of the Company with effect from 16 July 2023 as he intended to devote more time to his other business engagement.
