Chevron's experience, ingenuity, and other intellectual property relating to subsea systems design, installation, and operations will join NOV's original equipment manufacturing (OEM) know-how and advanced materials technology in the areas of design, development, and testing. NOV's Subsea Production Systems and Process and Flow Technologies business units will make and sell products developed under this agreement, under the Wellstream Processing (WSP) and Advanced Production and Loading (APL) groups.
