A total of 100,000 performance rights have been issued with the same performance conditions (for each Tranche described below) as detailed in the announcement released to the ASX on 27 September 2021. 50,000 performance rights have been issued with the same performance conditions as Tranche 2 and 50,000 performance rights have been issued with the same performance conditions as Tranche 5.

The performance rights will not vest and become exercisable unless the performance conditions attaching to them have been satisfied.
