As of December 31, 2011, the Company had a total of seven wholly owned direct subsidiaries, including Confidence RFID AB, TimeStamp AB, Confidence Communications AB, Confidence International Management AB, Confidence Intelligent Access AB, ILS Partner AB and Entry Systems Sweden AB, as well as three indirectly held subsidiaries, namely Entry Event Sweden AB, Antella AB and Confidence Sweden AB.
