Nomura Real Estate Master Fund, Inc. (TSE:3462) signed a letter of intent to acquire PRIME URBAN Nishi Nippori from Dear Life Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3245) for approximately ¥980 million on June 25, 2024. PRIME URBAN Nishi Nippori has total annual revenues of ¥28 million. The transaction will be financed from cash on hand.
The parties will enter into an agreement pertaining to the acquisition of the asset on June 27, 2024. The expected completion of the transaction is June 27, 2024.
