From December 9, 2022 to January 24, 2023, the company has repurchased 1,840,200 shares, representing 0.58% for ¥499.99 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 1,840,200 shares, representing 0.58% for ¥499.99 million under the buyback announced on December 9, 2022.

The Company operates through three business segments. The Parking Lots segment is engaged in the operation, management, consulting and leasing of parking lots, as well as the provision of car sharing, camper rental, parking lot information search services. The Ski Resorts segment is engaged in the acquisition, operation and consulting of ski resorts and amusement parks, as well as the provision of employment services.
