NIPPON FORMULA FEED MANUFACTURING COMPANY LIMITED is a Japan-based mainly engaged in the feed and livestock businesses. The Company has three business segments. The Feed segment is engaged in the production and sale of feeds. The Livestock segment is engaged in the production and sale of eggs, the breeding and sale of pigs and hatch chickens, as well as the processing and sale of products from compound feeds. The Others segment is involved in the cultivation of saltwater fish and freshwater fish. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 16 subsidiaries, 12 associated companies and one affiliated company.
