Imex International made an offer to acquire remaining 3.8% stake in Nile Cotton Ginning Company (CASE:NCGC) for approximately EGP 100 million on December 30, 2020. Imex International made offer to acquire 2.02 million shares. Nile Cotton Ginning’s board of directors approved the voluntary delisting of the Nile Cotton Ginning Company's shares and this transaction.
