Nicola Mining Inc. announced that it expects to receive CAD 2 million in funding from Ocean Partners Holdings Limited

Nicola Mining Inc. announced a non-brokered private placement of 16,000,000 common shares at an issue price of CAD 0.125 per share for gross proceeds of CAD 2,000,000 on January 10, 2023. The transaction will include participation from Ocean Partners Holdings Limited. All securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and one day after closing of the offering.

Completion of the offering is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
