NEW VISTA ACQUISITION CORP New Vista Acquisition Corp (NasdaqCM:NVSA) entered into a non-binding letter of intent to acquire Verijet Holding Company, LLC on February 1, 2023. The transaction is subject to the completion of due diligence, execution of definitive agreement, approval by board and equity holders of both companies, as well as regulatory approvals. As of February 8, 2023, NVSA announced the postponement of the Extraordinary General Meeting (the “Postponement”) from the previously scheduled date of February 10, 2023 to February 15, 2023.
As of February 15, 2023, NVSA announced the cancellation of the extraordinary general meeting and NVSA will not consummate an initial business combination by February 19, 2023.
