NeoPets, Inc. announced that it has raised $4 million in a round of funding from new investors HashKey Digital Asset Group Limited, and Blizzard the Avalanche Fund LP, a fund managed by Ava Labs, Inc., Investment Arm, on January 19, 2023. The transaction included participation from Polygon Ventures, IDG Capital Partners Co., Ltd., and NetDragon Websoft Holdings Limited and other investors.
NetDragon Websoft Holdings Ltd is a China-based company, which is an online game developer, operator, and publisher. The Company has developed online and mobile games including Conquer, Demon, Blade of the Soul, and The Final Oath. It also developed game development engines such as C3 and S3. It also provides online and mobile Internet education. Itâs business covers preschool education, basic education, higher education, vocational education, corporate training, non-academic and lifelong education. The Companyâs educational products include 101 Education PPT, educational DIY VR editing software VR Creator+, Edmodo, JumpStart, Promethean, and 101 e-textbook. Games products include Magic domain, Conquer, Machine warfare, Tian Yuan, and Happy. Other products include Good Chinese Party Member, Cloud office, Buddhism Communication, Women's Unicom, star app, and more.
