Ricoh Leasing Company, Ltd. (TSE:8566) agreed to acquire 13.81% stake in Net Protections, Inc. from a fund managed by Advantage Partners, LLP on June 4, 2019. A definitive agreement was signed on June 21, 2019. Daiwa Securities Group Inc. acted as a financial advisor to Advantage Partners, LLP.
