NEPI Rockcastle N.V. (JSE:NRP) acquired 50% stake in S.C. Ploiesti Shopping City S.R.L. for Ã‡ 55.5 million on September 30, 2022. Ioana Georgescu-Muresanu, Simona Iacob, Florentina Munteanu, Mihnea Radu, Diana Fejer, Alexandru Ulici, Anca Olar and Irina Dimitriu of Reff & Associates acted as legal advisor to NEPI Rockcastle.
NEPI Rockcastle N.V. (JSE:NRP) completed the acquisition of 50% stake in S.C. Ploiesti Shopping City S.R.L. on September 30, 2022.

NEPI Rockcastle N.V. is one of the leading land corporations in Continental and Central Europe. Also, the group is developing a portfolio management activity for listed real estate securities. At the end of 2023, the real estate portfolio, consisting of 62 assets with a leasable area of 2.4 million m2, amounted, in market value, to EUR 6.8 billion broken down between retail (99%) and offices (1%). The portfolio in value is distributed geographically as follows: Romania (39.5%), Poland (26.7%), Hungary (8.4%), Slovakia (7.7%), Bulgaria (7.4%), Croatia (4.2%), Czech Republic (2.6%), Lithuania (2.3%) and other (1.2%).
