The board of directors of Neoenergia SA approved Eduardo Capelastegui as the new CEO of the Brazilian energy company. Prior to the new appointment, Capelastegui served as the company's executive director for asset control and planning. He is succeeding Mario Ruiz-Tagle, who is now heading parent company Iberdrola's subsidiary in Spain, namely Iberdrola Espana.
