Nemak reported consolidated earnings results for the second quarter of 2019. For the quarter, the company reported consolidated revenue of $1.0 billion, an 18.5% reduction year-on-year due mainly to the combined effect of lower volumes. Consolidated operating income was $90 million, 33% lower than last year. Net income amounted to a $42 million, an increase of 75% over second quarter 2018.
