Nanxing Machinery Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002757) and Shenzhen Kegu Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) signed letter of intent to acquire Shenzhen Runxun Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen Cloud Hash Rate Technology Co., Ltd. on August 30, 2019. Under the transaction, Nanxing Machinery Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Kegu Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) will acquire 85% and 15% stake respectively.

The Companyâs major products include automatic edge banding machines, numerical controlled panel saws, multi-spindle drilling machines, precise sliding table saws and machining centers.
