Changzhou Serio Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. signed an equity transfer agreement to acquire 60% stake in Changzhou Connect Environmental & Technology Co., Ltd. from Nanjing Quanxin Cable Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300447) for CNY 53.4 million on November 9, 2020. Within 30 days from the effective date of this agreement, the transferee shall pay the full amount of the equity transfer payment. Nanjing Quanxin Cable Technology held the twelfth meeting of the fifth board of directors on November 9, 2020, and passed the proposal, which still needs to be approved by the shareholders meeting.
