Nanhua Instruments Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300417) agreed to acquire 15.2475% of stake in Gadlee Green Cleaning Equipment Corporation from Yang Weiguang and Guo Chaojian for CNY 22.9 million on November 18, 2022. After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold 15.2475% of the shares of Nanhua Instrument, and Gadlee Green Cleaning will become a subsidiary of Nanhua Instruments. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Gadlee Green.
