Sub.: Intimation of Revised Record Date for Issue of Bonus Equity Shares

With reference to intimation of Record Date sent earlier (on February 23, 2022) and in terms of regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Company has revised the Record Date and has now fixed Friday, March 25, 2022 as the 'Record Date', for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the proportion of 2 (two) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/­ each for every 1 (one) existing Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each, subject to the approval of shareholders which is being obtained through Postal Ballot.

Please also note that the last date of Postal Ballot is Wednesday, March 16, 2022. The voting results and Scrutinizer's Report shall be submitted to the stock exchanges on the same day.
