Its real estate business includes the purchase and sale of residential and/or commercial land, dealing in real estate, development of land and construction of buildings for commercial and residential purposes, and leasing or acquisition of any real estate asset. The Company makes investments in equity and debt securities, both in primary and secondary market directly, as well as through mutual funds and portfolio management services. It is also engaged in lending activities. It invests in shares, debentures, stock, bonds and securities of all kinds and other businesses carried on by finance and investment companies.
