No. 3 Election of Eight (8) Members of the Board of Directors who are not Audit and Supervisory Committee Members

Approved as proposed, with the election of Norio Nakajima, Hiroshi Iwatsubo, Masanori Minamide, Hiroshi Izumitani, Takaki Murata, Yuko Yasuda, Takashi Nishijima and Hiroyuki Ina. Each of them assumed office accordingly.
