On April 27, 2021, BanBao Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603398) closed the transaction. The company issued 46,251,707 shares at an issue price of CNY 7.29 per share for a total of CNY 337,174,944.03. The company will pay CNY 14,194,577.08 as issuance expenses, brining the net proceeds CNY 322,980,366.95. The transaction included participation from Shouning Investment Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd for CNY 22,999,993.74, Caitong Fund Management Co., Ltd. for CNY 20,999,975, Sigma Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. for CNY 33,299,998.29., and individual investors Lu Weimin, Zhang Mu, He Wenbin, Shen Zhenyu, Lin Jintao, Zheng Weiguang, Zhuang Huafeng, Zheng Zuoping, and Zheng Yiguang.
