MS&Consulting Co., Ltd. (TSE:6555) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 50,000 shares, representing 1.13% of the outstanding shares for ¥50 million. The purpose of the program is to contribute to the improvement of shareholder value. The program will run until February 28, 2021.
