On January 4, 2021, MRC Global Inc. ("MRC Global" or the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2020 financial results on Thursday, February 11, 2021 after the market closes. The Company will conduct an investor conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET (9:00 a.m. CT) on Friday, February 12, 2021, to discuss the results for the quarter and the year.
