The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of oil and natural gas properties in western Canada and Tennessee, United Sates. The Company holds working interest in the 1-11-4-29W4 discovery well in the Pincher Creek field and also an option on over 10,000 acres within the same focus area. In Tennessee, Montello is a partner in five wells. The Company has interest in two wells in the John Bowen property and approximately 35% interest in three wells in the Morgan Highpoint property.
