The 844-hectare Black Dog project consists of a block of one mineral claim approximately 60 kilometers north of Nemiscau, Quebec. It also holds 100% of the approximately 1,975-hectare Black Bear property, located in the Bonavista Peninsula, eastern Newfoundland, Canada. The Black Beard Property comprises 79 claims. The Companyâ€™s subsidiary is 1407899 B.C. Ltd.
