Notice Regarding Revision of Remuneration Amount for Audit & Supervisory Board Members

Money Forward, Inc. (the "Company"), hereby announces that it has decided, by a resolution of its Board of Directors on January 14, 2022, to submit a proposal of "Revision of Remuneration Amount for Audit & Supervisory Board Members" to the 10th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company which will be held on February 21, 2022.

Reasons for the change and the details

Remuneration amount for Audit & Supervisory Board members of the Company was approved at the 8th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on February 20, 2020, to be no more than 30 million yen annually and has remained at that amoun t to the present. However, taking into consideration factors such as the need to secure personnel with appropriate and diverse knowledge given the increasingly greater responsibilities and expected roles of Audit & Supervisory Board members in line with the subsequent expansion of the Company's business as well as the reorganization of market segments to be implemented by Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. in April 2022, the amount of remuneration for Audit & Supervisory Board members shall be set at no more than 50 million yen annually.
