MOG Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Ng Kuan Hua as Independent Non-Executive Director and Cessation as Chairman of Remuneration Committee and Member of Each of Nomination Committee and Audit Committee

The board of directors of MOG Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Ng Kuan Hua has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive Director and also ceased to be a chairman of the remuneration committee of the Company and a member of each of the nomination committee and audit committee of the Company, with effect from 21 September 2022 due to the reason of his other personal career development.
