Selected as One of the Most-improved Integrated Reports

By the GPIF's Asset Managers Entrusted with Domestic Equity Investment

We are pleased to announce that our Group's Integrated Report VALUE REPORT 2022has been selected as one of the Most-improved Integrated Reports by external asset managers entrusted with domestic equity investment of the GPIF (Government Pension Investment Fund).

This is the second time for us to be selected, following the VALUE REPORT 2020 issued in 2020.

The VALUE REPORT, the integrated report of the MITSUI-SOKO Group, replaces the ANNUAL REPORT, which was prepared as an annual report focusing on financial information until 2018. It is intended to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Group's approach to sustainable growth, including its sustainability and ESG initiatives as well as its management and financial strategies, all within a single volume, using a full range of graphical expressions.

We will continue to improve the disclosure of IR tools, including the Integrated Report, as we aim to further enhance our corporate value through dialogue with investors and other stakeholders.
