Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc (the 'Company') announces that aspart of the Group's repositioning of the former Millennium Hotel London Mayfair as a new five-star deluxe hotel, the Group will be rebranding the hotel as The Biltmore, Mayfair. In addition, a subsidiary of the Company has entered into a ten-year agreement with a subsidiary of Hilton for the operation of the hotel as part of Hilton's new LXR Hotels & Resorts luxury hotel collection, the first of this collection to open in Europe.
