On January 23, 2019, the Board of Directors of the Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share, as well as a special cash dividend of $0.10 per common share. Both dividends are payable on February 25, 2019 to shareholders of record as of February 6, 2019.
